Hi! I'm Windy.
I am a proud dog mom and native Wyomingite who cherishes working with people and immersing myself in nature. Whether it's rain, shine, warmth, cold, snow, or wind, I find solace and inspiration in every element of nature!
Sharing my love for the outdoors and well-being are of my greatest joys. My background includes working for a wilderness therapy program, volunteering for search and rescue, and 15 years of experience coordinating events, teams, and projects on both national and international scales. I have also organized and led outdoor excursions for adults and youth alike.
As an outdoor adventurer, and a certified life coach & yoga teacher, I am excited to leverage my extensive background to create and offer meaningful experiences that blend nature with mindfulness, breath work, and self-connection.
My approach is calm and balanced, reflecting my even-keel nature. While I take my work seriously, I also tap into and embrace my inner child, and enjoy having fun.
In my free time, you will find me exploring trails with a 2 or 4-legged friend, meditating by a lake, practicing yoga, or engaging in other soul-nourishing activities!
I look forward to connecting with you, and creating a unique experience for you, your team, or someone special, partnering as your life coach, or meeting on our yoga mats.
